At ARTO, we don’t just ship boxes; we ship handcrafted pieces of art that we’ve obsessed over. Every canvas is made-to-order—printed, stretched, or painted specifically for you. We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%, and we want you to love your new art as much as we loved creating it.

1. 15-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

We understand that sometimes a piece of art might not fit your space exactly as you imagined. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window for all standard prints.

  • Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Cost: We offer Free Return Shipping for all US orders. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print.
  • Method: Returns are accepted by mail.

2. Damages & Shipping Mishaps

We pack our art to survive a rough journey, but occasionally the delivery process wins. If your art arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.

  • The Window: Please notify us at support@artostore.com within 15 days of delivery.
  • The Proof: Send us clear photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging.
  • The Resolution: We will send a priority replacement immediately at no cost to you. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.

3. Exceptions (Custom & Hand-Painted Art)

Due to their unique nature, certain items have specific guidelines:

  • Personalized Art: Items like pet portraits or family signs are created specifically with your details and cannot be resold. We only offer replacements if these items arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
  • Hand-Painted Masterpieces: We send high-resolution photos for your approval before shipping. Once approved and shipped, these are final sale unless damaged during transit.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund. After 6 hours, our team has likely started crafting your custom frame or prepping your canvas, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees for any returns.
