Return & Refund Policy
At ARTO, we want you to be completely satisfied with the art you’ve chosen for your home. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit for your space, and we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items (such as custom pet portraits or name signs) are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@artostore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the item.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refunds

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs:

For Returns due to personal preference: If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind or selected the incorrect size, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees from the initial order are non-refundable.

For Damaged or Defective Items: In the unfortunate event that your canvas art arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will provide a prepaid return label for the return. ARTO will cover all shipping costs associated with the replacement or refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your art arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@artostore.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Your order number.

Photos showing the damage to the item or the print quality issue.

Photos of the outer packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
