We keep things local. ARTO ships exclusively within the United States. By staying domestic, we cut out the long-haul transit damage and customs headaches, ensuring your art arrives exactly how it left our workshop.
Workshop Processing Times
Every piece is made to order. We don't pull dusty boxes off a shelf; we build, print, and stretch your art the moment you buy it.
- Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM EST
- Standard Canvas Prints: Usually out the door in 1–2 business days.
- Personalized & Custom Designs: These require extra design time. Allow 2–4 business days for us to get the details right.
- Hand-Painted Masterpieces: These are the "slow art" of our collection. We need 3–5 business days for the painting and—more importantly—the drying process. We refuse to ship a tacky canvas that might smudge in transit.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We don’t believe in weighing your art at checkout. You choose how fast you want it, and we handle the rest. We use UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on which carrier can reach your zip code the fastest.

Note: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases (APO/FPO) may take a few extra days beyond these estimates.
Built to Survive the Trip
We know how delivery trucks can be, so we over-engineer our packaging.
- Small to Medium Art: Shipped in puncture-resistant, heavy-duty mailers with internal corner guards.
- Oversized & Framed Pieces: These go into double-walled corrugated boxes with high-density foam inserts. Your art effectively "floats" in a cocoon of padding, safe from drops or bumps.
Tracking Your Art
The second your package is scanned at the post office or picked up by the courier, you’ll get an automated email with a tracking number. You can watch your art’s journey from our Kentucky workshop to your doorstep in real time.
The "No-Risk" Insurance
Every single shipment from ARTO is 100% insured. If a carrier manages to lose your package or drive a forklift through the box, it’s on us. Simply send a quick photo of the damaged box and art to support@artostore.com, and we’ll put a replacement into production immediately. No long forms, no stress.
