Shipping Policy

At ARTO, we believe that the excitement of receiving your art should be matched by the reliability of our delivery. We handle each piece with care, ensuring it reaches your home in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing

We take pride in our work. Every order undergoes a quality inspection before it leaves our studio.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (CST), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items require extra care and craftsmanship. Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for custom processing and quality assurance.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

We offer reliable shipping options for our customers across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Note: Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

3. Total Delivery Time

The total time to receive your order is the sum of the Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–10 business days total.

  • Expedited Delivery: 3–7 business days total.

4. Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international locations or P.O. Boxes at this time to ensure the safety and tracking accuracy of our canvas art pieces.

5. Order Tracking

Once your art leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We obsess over our packaging to ensure your art survives the journey. However, in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact us at support@artostore.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

  3. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
